March: Assert

Stone eagle. Guardian of a rising light. Wings open wide, ready to fly. We too must open our wings; expand our reach. To assert is to make open: to make our wants, our wishes, ourselves vulnerable. To assert is to be sky and stone. What wings need spread? What feathers need dropped? Where will stone meet sky? Eagle reminds us to spread our wings. It is time to fly.
